You should create or modify an image in paint (one view only!) and then drag the file into the rotate program to get multiple views for the game.

You can get the single view of the vehicle by cutting it out of the multiple views .bmp of the vehicle you are modding.

No, it doesn't. You just need to field anti-armor weapons, like you do against all armor.

You just always have to have an ATR in the early war games, and it doesn't hurt to mod it so you can have one in late war games as well. I have it available for my Russians until 1945. It works well as a manually fired (by order) anti-infantry weapon if there's no armor to shoot at.

Wow, nice trucks! I take it they're gun trucks, equipped with HMGs?

Sean has talked in the past about wanting to do pathfinding for the game someday, so that vehicles can follow roads and go around buildings. That would be perfect for your trucks.

I think Sean would have to mod the HMG abilities to give them some AP ability (like 5mm) to make a suitable defense against helos. That or develop the 20mm autocannon that we've been wanting him to do for a long time.

I'm not sure what you're doing there, or how you're doing it, but those helos flying low over the battlefield look AWESOME.

I always think that it would be really cool if after I played a FF game, I could then watch a mini-3D movie reply of the battle in graphics like those in that game.

Ubermoo: 1. When the AI is in the defense, they don't patrol or move at all except in response to what you do. If some of the AI's troops have a visual on you, but are out of range, they may withdraw to their flag once you bypass them. In the offense, I think they just send everything forward at onc...

When I hit the "End Game" drop down, I'd like to see a final results box of killed & wounded, as well as see the disposition of enemy troops.

It often takes far too long for a game to end by itself even after the AI has given up and is withdrawing its troops.

Andy, again I think you are hoping for too much by thinking that by being able to see the hill contours more clearly, you'll be better able to deploy your troops. As you stated, your main problem is placing your blue deployment line in position so that you can maintain radio contact with your unit. ...

Possibly the coolest thing ever would be to make the ability for us to click on a guy and then be able to see his ground-level view of the battlefield. That would be awesome but completely beyond the framework of the game.

Well then I say be careful of what you wish for! Exactly what distance shall the elevation lines be set at? 10m? They're basically useless then. 5m? Do you really think that will help you keep a unit from deploying right over a crest? How about 1 or 2m, then you can enjoy attempting to make out the ...
