That's simple. You just send an e-mail to Sean@windowsgames.co.uk - preferrably from the same address you used when ordering the games, but it works otherwise, too - and aks Sean to send you the latest version. Be advised it might take a while to get a reply.

You have a very good point there, I probably didn't think that through properly.

I think the primary reason is they don't want us to identify with the axis, but that reasoning implies that the average soldier who fought against the allies was a barbaric monster. While you are right that that certainly is correct, there are a few things to consider after all: If you make a campa...

That's more than slightly depending on game genre and release time, I reckon. Shooter games generally don't have German or Japanese campaigns, obviously for immersion and identification reasons; they want the player to be a 'good guy' eventually and setting up an axis side campaign with the detail n...

That's the way it goes when high command had out-dated maps again. Oasis? What Oasis?

That's most peculiar. It's been a while since I've seen the mapbuilding routine have any glitches.

Just another rather old thing I found on my USB stick today. It can be fun to use storage drives only every couple of months and never really tidying them up. http://img154.imageshack.us/img154/4687/guy5ze9.jpg (Thanks to Imageshack for hosting, by the way. They don't carry those link buttons anymor...

No, I haven't, as there's nothing I can do about it. Just contact Sean yourself, too, and everything will be fine. If you have your order details (usually if you still use the same e-mail address that's all you need) Sean will send you a new copy as quickly as possible.

If you send an e-mail to Sean he'll certainly help you figure it out. If possible include the e-mail address that you used when purchasing the game back in the day.

Send an e-mail to Sean (Sean@windowsgames.co.uk) and let him know.

It can be better if AI units don't need radio contact. I disagree. Same rules applying to both the player and the AI ('The AI does not cheat.') is a definite strong point of Sean's games. In compromise I'd much prefer additions to both enemy and friendly AI, like squads under certain circumstances ...

There is no instant win as far as I know. Their troops keep on fighting with whatever orders they have, as far as I know. But I have to admit I never managed to actually identify an enemy HQ unit in the field, so I don't know for sure.

Chapter 2

Alright, it's been a while but here actually is a sequel, but there are a few things to be said about it before: -It contains even more backstory and attempts of explaining certain things in the game than the first part. Since the first part already turned out to be steering in a directon making it ...

New Zealand you mean. It was a single mission then, I guess. I was just assuming Japanese because the early campaign missions against them sometimes look like that, a series of 'very hard' not being an unusual start.
