Player versus player

Post by FriarJak » Fri Dec 25, 2015 12:44 am

Is there any chance Firefight will be made a two player game? AI is outstanding, but too consistent. I would love to play this game versus another human on line or even side by side on half the keyboard apiece. I know this is "old technology" but the behavior of the soldiers and vehicles is very realistic. They just won't go if to do so would be stupid. It is still the best game of this style that I can find. Real time tactical simulation that is NOT first person is rare.

My preference would be PC to PC through Wifi or Internet with out-of-sight enemy units hidden just like the solo game.

Thanks,
Jak

I agree - I think you'd get a lot more interest in the game.

It would be nice to have the possibility to defend attacks, or to even pick your own troops for once.

I'm working on adding networking to the iOS version right this minute!

I'm also planning on porting the iOS version back into Windows later this year (it's considerably better) and that will have the networking in it too.
