Networking

Is this a feature which will ever occur? It seems like the most obvious, and possibly one of the most desirable features.

It's something I'm considering. It'd take a couple of months to get it working but I think it could be great fun, especially if you played several people together on the attacking side and you had to send each other chat messages to coordinate your attack.

I'll wait and see how well the new version sells and if it takes off I'll definitely spend a bit more time on Firefight.

Ah, well, if you're thinking of doing network battles with more than one human per side, you're my personal hero and Close Combat will never emerge from the cupboard again.

Oh dang! If Firefight ever becomes multiplayer... I'll either faint or I'll break the sound barrier buying the game  !
My thanks and best regards to all my former submitters.
