News Headlines Buglet

Post by Andy Brown » Sat Dec 17, 2005 10:48 pm

Rommel attacked at Al el Halfa 30 Aug 1942, not 1941.

Can someone tell me what the "LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH" entries in the News Headlines file do?

Cheers,

Andy Brown

Thanks! I've fixed that now.

I was worried that too many headlines would come up in between games so I gave each one a priority. The idea was that it wouldn't show, say, low priority headlines from theatres that you weren't fighting in.

But, at the moment all headlines are shown. I'll start to use the priority if I add any more headlines to the .txt file though.

I might be wrong on that, but somehow I believe people getting shot at is what you should expect when going to war?

The Germans took Sevastopol in July 1942, not 1941.
