WZ2100 is fun, a couple friends and I have it, but we never play online. It is fun to design your arsenal in the heat of battle. I recall liking VTOL's with TOW missiles, or some such combination. In a lot of the games, just as I do in Total Annihilation, I'll turtle up. In TA, I can use heavy artillery to keep myself inside a safe little bubble, and in WZ, I use massed air power to the same end. Fun stuff. But I still love StarCraft in a way I can never love a woman, or so I've been told.

I have it, it's a little gem of a game that I'm sad didn't become more popular. :(

It had some flaws and some pretty harsh issues with some graphics cards that were never resolved. The AI wasn't too rigorous either if I recall.

Still, it was a fun game.

That it is. I like Total Annihilation, as it has similar gameplay on the whole. The one thing about WZ2100 I remember fondly was a command module or something that helped with managing troops somehow.
