If you want beauty and elegance, Iphone is the best choice. Feeling techy? Go with Android.

Iphone labeled as inexpensive...?

What would you say about not the system in itself, but the device - chcinese ones: HONOR by Huawei, Xiaomis? I think they're pretty inexpensive, but I'm not sure about how long they can last.

I've recently bought an Oukitel C3 for $40 and it works pretty fine. Actually it works very good for it cost.
I can't say that it doesn't have bugs, but the aren't critical and if you brak a $40 phone you can always buy an other one :D
Check it out here.

Well, maybe consider getting a Fairphone that one is built to last, so there is a chance that costs will be really reduced and then you can go and repair it. Also, it's made with materials ethically acquired, not slaves' work. Yesterday a friend told me bout them...
