"If opponents are numerous, they can be made not to fight." Sun Tzu

Do you want to beat everyone in Risk? Do you feel frustrated when they gang up on you and you cannot do much about it? Or perhaps you have made a reputation for yourself as the greatest Risk player ever only to lose in the next game and the one after that!

It turns out that there are many ways to deal with these situations. I have been playing Risk board game for a long time and it is perhaps my all time favourite game. I was so fascinated by the game, and learned so much, that I ended up writing a book about it, and in the process attempted to analyse and answer these questions. The Risk book is:

Total Diplomacy: The Art of Winning Risk. (Available from Amazon).

There is also a website associated with the book at http://www.totaldiplomacy.com which has many resources on Risk game strategy and diplomacy.

In this book, you will find:

* The best tactics and strategies to use in Risk
* How to learn by example
* How to understand a player?s psychology
* How to debate with people and influence them
* When it is wise to break a deal or an alliance
* How to control your emotions and exploit others? weaknesses
* The best strategies to use if you are playing repeatedly against the same players
* How to be deceptive and how to recognise deceptive behaviour
* The best online strategies
* How to negotiate successfully and make cunning deals

I hope you enjoy the book and the content of the site.
