Issues with receiving download on website

Hello. I came here to address having an issue with collecting a download for the payment I made on PayPal shortly ago. How would I be able to get in contact with Sean in order to resolve the issue?

Also, I cannot email him through the website. My computer says I don't have a program capable of sending him an email. If I had his email address I could do it from my GMail.
