Star Trek is pretty cool for a series from the sixties with a low budget, and it is a product of a Science Fiction genius, but this is not exactly a carbon copy of any game, and I've made enough custom ships that you could call it a ripoff of just about any sci-fi that I am a fan of...

Hmmm...let me think. I can disagree. They don't use missiles in Star Trek. They have shields. They have bigger ships. Well, seems to me that you're wrong.

Well if i'm not mistaken, the original CM (and version 2?) had a ship that looked exactly like the enterprise. Beyond that I see little resemblence to Star trek... I never get to land on the enemy planet, find some hot alien babes and have a fight to the death in 'the circle of doom' with the enemy wingleader. Perhaps in version 5 eh Sean? :D

That's true. The Cruiser, the best ship, looked like the Enterprise from above.
