When I play Max with my own startup as soon as he moves one piece he has victory, it has happened 3 times now.

It just happened with Bob as well.
Proud member of Seans forum since 14th April 2005. 1 year and still counting.

It's because you have put bombs at the front of all your pieces so you can't make a move - therefore you lose the game.
