Supply: If a unit is not on an island which is either neutral (has no captured cities) or friendly (all cities are owned) then the unit takes damage. This makes it harder to attack well fortified islands.

Good idea. Are there any game design groups out there working colaboratively on a open system basis?
Also, I have not checked all the messages yet, what is the current best score on full version of MOAB and best 20 scores in a .dat file? :)
