Stealth turrets...

...just a thought. I have a few custom built turrets I use on missions where the only objective is to survive. Imagine running into a formation of cloaked turrets defending your target.

Interesting. I wish Sean would make a capital ship with revoving turrets, though. A slow ship with several normal turrets tacked onto it. that would be cool. I really wish he'd work on an update...............

But that would take a revamp of the game's core workings. Stealth turrets would be a simpler addition.

Which brings up another idea... a "destroy enemy prototypes" mission, where you face up against one or more super ships, which follow the basic existing game functionality, but have more than 8 components to the side, more armor, and so forth.

Problem with dreams is you have to wake up.
