On my honor roll, the top pilot has:
157 missions
143 Successes
91%
550 kills
15 gold cross
12 outstanding courage
42 silver stars
62 bronze

The lowest pilot has:
6 missions
2 successes
33%
1 gold cross
3 silver stars
2 bronze

My best ever pilot is still alive and is not on my honor roll, but here are his stats so far:
257 missions
238 successes
93%
1067 kills
19 gold cross
30 outstanding courage
80 silver stars
98 bronze

Whatever the latest version is (4 I think). If you are refering to the medal count, I was going to clarify in my post above but forgot. I just used a hex editor to examine the save file of my current game to find out my current pilot's success rate and medal total, and to get the medal totals in my roll of honor.

I urge caution for those who are unfamiliar with hex editors. I would hate to see someone mess up their roll of honor file. But for those with experience, it did not take too long to figure out the basics of Sean's format for saving the data. If there is interest (and if Sean has no objections) perhaps I will throw together a java app that will display the full honor roll (since only a few are displayed on the screen) with the medal count, etc. I presume that future versions of CM will probably display the medal counts and have a scrollable roll of honor so you can see all your pathetic pilots which did not make the cut. :)

This is an interesting suggestion, and I would be very interested in the honour roll career details, but I think that it could be extended to combat vessels:

The AM-256K Nightmare

Built by White Wolf Shipyards from 4088 ME, the AM-256 is an extremely capable interceptor.

Then it would note down which of the pilots flew the plane, when it was shot down, when the pilot shot one down, etc. It would be a very good way to see where the weakness is for a player, and to see the weakness in a much-used custom design, or more likely a stock design.

My highest is outstanding.
I had around 15 or so gold crosses. (play a weak ship and blast tough ships)
pretty good don't you think? (I don't know how many missions I did because I didn't get to see it on the records.(I exited before the mission ended) I couldn't load it up and finish the darn mission because "you can't load this game because your commander is dead." Total crap.

EDIT: I also use the hex editor. Fun stuff isn't it? But I don't use it on Seans games, I use it for things I know I can hex into giving me what I want. (maybe I will hex critical mass into changing the credits given out or change the amount of credits I currently have, just a thought.)

35 GC's Quorad, yay!

That was my 200 mission commander. I have been unable thus far to match, beat, or even approach that record.

I got a lot of GC's in the beginning, but then I had a powerful ship and got mostly Medals of Conspicuous Bravery (like 73 or something) and Medals of Honour (somewhere around 65).

My record is ten, but not even that... 8 or 9 I think on my other comp. I never fly ships that cost over 150, and generally refuse to eject or hyperspace as long as I have one turning and one rear thruster and some means of helping, either radar or missile capability. Life(and CM) is a suicide mission.

I tend to have the luck that when I finally decide to eject the next missile comes in exactly smashing my escape pod

New high score for me:)
A Huge amount of medals. I can't remember the exact details but I completed 74 of 75 missions and I was an admiral and I was using 3 ships that cost 300 apiece.
I died from a wingman's plectron to the face. I hate that. That was my high score. LONG LIVE QUORAD!!! 250 kills exactly. Loads of gold crosses. Like one every couple missions. Very impressive. I am a killing legend and the enemy feared me. I get loads of kills when I get any chance.
I piloted my favorite ship: It's name was a hunter, 300 credits, super shields, 4 command centers, 66 turn and 43 thrust. one line daycorn, one genee, one smart missles. 300 credits. And I had 3 of them. And also 213 credits to spare.
I am going to go see if I can go to devry univerity. Then off to besthesda for me. I want to do what I love and get paid for it. See you later
