Though not complete yet, here's a first outline of the download page for Conquest maps:

there...but you could try...you can always take it down if no one shows
make it as simple as possible to upload and rate difficulty so you dont
have to spend alot of time coding and the noobies can understand it...

i'll promise to submit one if you do...then i'll see what
happens for a bit before i'll submit more...i have a buddy
that has 2 maps i could probably get him to try also...or
submit his 2 for him..

Yet I'm not going to create a page like Fighter_Ace's one; I want a better download page for every map, not only for a few maps hosted at my site.
So, the download links on such page will point to the files already on Sean's site (though I could host some new maps on my site, since Sean posts maps here about twice a year... Image).
Also, in case Sean is interested, I could let him host the php page directly on his site... Image

You can already do this from Sean's page, just click on the Image image.

Well, players will be able to sort maps by either difficulty or rating, but also by post date; this way new maps won't get lost among the others!

dang that was quick!!!

oh i'd ask sean first...for bandwidth loss issues...

i really think you should host the files or at least all the new maps
made after today.....otherwise it kinda defeats the purpose of
having a seperate map website wouldnt it? or were you just shooting
for a rating system for maps currently hosted by sean?

i'm confused...

Actually, I don't know! Image
I'd like to see at Sean's site a page like the one I made, so I'd be pleased to let him use it. Such a page is meaningful when showing lots of maps... so far there are about 300 maps, it would be more useful there that on my site! Image
Yet, if he's not going to use it, I'll keep it on my site (and set any links to files on my own site) and - perhaps - I'll allow map-creators to post their maps. Don't know. Image
