Hide and Seek...

Post by dpm_dpmartin » Sun Sep 24, 2006 2:05 pm

Tagline is: "Intelligence reports the $ are building something in a large asteroid field. If it is a Death Star, we will be doomed, let's bug on over and find out..." ... and this mission has the following features...

    Asteroids
    Enemy Ships
    Enemy Turrets
    Enemy Structures
    100% Kill Requirement
Accordingly, it's a bit of a pain to complete. Get it from here.

If you want to.

Breakout...

Post by dpm_dpmartin » Sun Sep 24, 2006 2:33 pm

You may not be a number, you may be a free man - but the fact remains that the despicable $ are blockading Earth and we have to get our supply ships to Mars (or somewhere equally as desirable) for our hungry citizens to stuff their greedy fat faces with Snickers and Port... as well as a large supply of toilet paper - 'cos they're crapping themselves at the way the war is going.

As too many countries have learned first-hand, the truth of war is never that glamorous and once the bodybags start coming home draped in flags, there's an outcry for hostilities to cease. As John Lennon sang: "Give peace a chance" - sadly, I don't have the mission creation options to set up some kind of diplomatic meeting in Critical Mass (hmmm... maybe I do - watch this space) and watch the second great age of Humankind and $kind unfold. If only I could include three races in my mission setups... hmmm... I see another feature request.

Anyway, get Breakout from here if you feel the urge.

Of course... tongue-in-cheek all the way... there can never be peace with the $ - they don't understand the concept. To them, we're all just worms - and that's the real laugh, 'cos I saw one the other day and he looked just like a worm. I say "he", could've been a "she"... could've been an "it".
