Does anybody know how to contact Sean? I can't download my games and I have sent several emails with no reply.

Keep in mind Sean doesn't have a staff doing that sort of things for him, so please leave him a few weeks to reply. Also make sure to check your spam filter.

I appreciate the reassurance. I am not used to a site that accepts payment and then won't allow the download and my son is particularly disappointed. He wanted to give his dad a great Christmas present and now it looks like he was ripped off.

I am sympathetic to Sean's manpower limitations, but weeks? Seriously?

Recently Sean's had a problem with his mail filtering out incoming mail from certain mail servers. If you can, try sending your request from a couple different mail services to give it a better chance of getting to him. I've personally never had it take more than ten days to get a response.
